Warner Park Amerian Eagle by Steve Salt

Today we went to Warner Park for a Nature Walk put on by the Brentwood Neighborhood assocation. Grad Student Trish O’Kane walked us through parts of the Park and pointed out some of the wildlife, specifically the birds. EAGLE! took us by surprise. we were watching some herons swoop around, waiting for them to land, when someone yelled, “What’s that?!” and this large bird came flying straight at us. I had to put my son down (from holding him) to take the picture, so there’s not much context, but he is indeed flying through Warner Park.
